Can I start using Orpheus today?

Orpheus is in development, and we are accepting Founding Partner applications. We will discuss your needs, confirm which workflows are available, and agree an access date before a subscription begins. Applying does not create an account or guarantee access.

What does the founding price cover?

The proposed Founding Partner subscription is $299 per month for one brand and up to five users. It includes one scoped, guided setup session, access to the available workflows, and an agreed AI allowance. The monthly rate is protected for 12 months from your subscription start date. Your access, usage allowance, and service terms are confirmed before activation.

How will AI usage be billed?

The planned subscriptions include an AI allowance; a personal model API key will not be required for the core experience. Research, monitoring, and agent workflows can consume different amounts of capacity. We will confirm the allowance and any additional-usage prices before activation. Additional paid usage requires your approval.

Are the Brand, Team, and Portfolio plans available?

These are planned public tiers, shown so you can assess the intended fit and budget. Their features, allowances, and launch timing are still being developed. An inquiry about a planned tier does not purchase or reserve it. Founding access is agreed separately.

What counts as a brand?

A brand is a distinct business identity with its own knowledge, priorities, and workspace. Brand and Team are intended for one brand. Portfolio is intended for up to five. If you need more brands or a different rollout, contact us to discuss the scope.

Is strategy or creative work included?

The subscription covers software. Founding access includes one guided setup session. Ongoing human strategy, creative production, campaign management, document cleanup, and custom integration work are scoped and quoted separately. Advertising spend and subscriptions to external tools are also separate.

Do I need to pay annually?

The Founding Partner offer uses monthly billing. Annual plans are not currently offered. All displayed prices are in US dollars, with applicable taxes additional. No payment details are collected through this website.

What happens after the protected 12 months?

We will confirm the applicable price before your protected period ends. Payment, cancellation, renewal, and any refund terms will be provided before you subscribe. Sending an application does not establish a paid subscription.
