Who this notice covers

Null Ventures LLC operates the Orpheus public website and is responsible for the personal information described here. This notice covers browsing the website and contacting us. The product is in development. This website does not create product accounts, process payments, or accept customer workspace content.

A future product release may involve different data and providers. Its applicable notices and agreements will be provided before that processing begins.

Information we collect

• Request details: your name, email address, and the message you submit.
• Request records: a randomly generated request ID, submission and expiry dates, the notice version, and a digest used to prevent duplicate submissions.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers receive network information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and security signals to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

Do not submit health information, government identifiers, financial account details, passwords, or confidential customer information. The contact form is intended for adults contacting us about Orpheus, including privacy and security matters. We do not knowingly seek information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, tell us through the contact form so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

How we use it

We use request details to review and respond to your inquiry, handle privacy or security requests, and keep a record of the communication. We use technical information to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the website. We do not enroll you in a newsletter when you submit this form.

Where laws require a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requested business communications and operating a secure website, balanced against your privacy interests. Where processing is needed to take steps toward a contract at your request, that basis may apply. We do not use this form for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Providers and sharing

Netlify provides hosting, server-side processing, and private storage for contact messages. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether submissions appear automated. Turnstile receives browser and security information; the application sends its challenge token for verification. We do not send your form fields to Cloudflare as part of that verification.

See the service-provider list for links and purposes. We do not sell contact details, share them for cross-context behavioral advertising, or include advertising trackers on this website. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and location

Contact messages in the website’s primary store are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, with daily cleanup. If a request becomes an ongoing business relationship, correspondence and records maintained separately may be retained for that relationship and applicable legal obligations. Provider-operated security logs and backups follow the providers’ own retention processes; the website cleanup does not delete those records.

The contact-message store uses Netlify’s US East region. Network delivery and security processing may occur in other countries. Contact us for information about the processing locations and transfer safeguards applicable to your request.

Your choices and rights

You can browse without submitting the form, choose not to contact us or ask us to stop responding to your inquiry. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information. We may need information to verify your request before acting on it.

Contact us to exercise these rights. We respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority. We do not require a paid account to receive privacy requests.
