Retention & deletion

How we limit the life of contact messages and handle requests to remove them.

Effective October 28, 2026 · Null Ventures LLC · Public website

Contact messages

Messages submitted through the website are assigned an expiry 90 days after submission. An automated daily task removes expired messages from the primary website store. A message may therefore remain until the next daily cleanup after its expiry.

The website does not store attachments, payment details, customer workspaces, or a persistent browser profile. The form does not save your draft in localStorage or sessionStorage.

Requesting deletion

Use the contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request”. Include the email address associated with the information and enough context for us to locate it. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting personal information. Do not submit an identity document unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

Depending on applicable law, information may need to be retained for legal obligations, disputes, or security investigations. If an exception prevents us from completing a request, we will explain the applicable reason to the extent permitted.

Other records

Ongoing business correspondence, privacy-request records, and security investigations maintained separately are assessed according to their purpose and any applicable retention obligations. Website cleanup does not automatically remove separately maintained records.

Netlify and Cloudflare operate their own infrastructure logs, caches, and backup processes. Deleting a message from the primary website store does not directly delete every provider-operated record. See the provider list and privacy notice for the scope of processing.

Future product data

Customer workspaces, account information, and billing records are not collected by this website. Any future product data will require its own retention, export, termination, and deletion terms before collection begins.

Null Ventures LLC is responsible for this website. Use our contact form for general questions, privacy requests, or security concerns. Start your message with “Privacy request” or “Security report” where relevant, and include an email address where we can reply. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
